Our Verdict
There is a 75,000 offer with no lifetime language but that is YMMV (50,000 after $5k and extra 25k after extra 5k spend). Readers also had success calling in to get the 100,000 point offer (requires $10,000 spend), this is listed as our top business credit card bonus currently. This targeted offer is strictly better as it has a lower spend requirement for the 100,000 points and also lets you earn the maximum of 150,000 points. If you’re targeted and can meet the minimum spend requirements on this card then it doesn’t really get any better than this.
Hat tip to reader Sam S (& another reader I unfortunately forgot and can’t find their e-mail anymore)
So what are the recommendations currently vis a vis Amex and MS? I know about the recent crackdown. Should I be okay as long as it’s not a leaked offer? Should I avoid calling about retention offers, so as to not draw attention to my account? I got a mailer, but I’m not going to be able to hit the spend without MS.
I’d still apply if I got the mailer. If you have other MR Amex cards, then use the points or transfer it to a partner. You can put regular spending, prepay other bills, and then maybe buy few gift cards to meet the initial bonus spend. Worse case scenario is they clawback the signup bonus and cancel your account, but it’s a risk worth taking.
I just got an offer for this card while logged in, for 75000 points, after spending… $20000 in 3 months. (50k for the first $10k, another 25k for the next $10k)…
Generally, Amex only targets people who aren’t existing Amex cardholders. That said, I just got myself an EIN, I want to see if they’ll mail me for my EIN
Anyone want to share their bank login info with me?
What’s a good way to get targeted for this kind of thing if you don’t have a EIN? Open a non-platinum amex account?
Im wondering if i would be targeted since i already have the gold business card.
I got a mailer. I’ve never had any Amex cards (only got into churning recently), but have a Chase business credit card I opened earlier this year as a sole proprietor. So I’m guessing they’re targeting anyone with business credit cards and a credit profile they like.
Guys stop asking for people’s RSVP codes.
lol, thanks Charles
If anyone has an RSVP code they could share, please message me on reddit. My reddit handle is itikhvin
Thank you!
Really any mailer for 100k+ with only a 5k min spend is great, an extra 50k MR is just gravy if you can ms your way there. If any unused mailers like this would love to use them, if not will be calling amex at end of the month to try my hand at flattery ha
Someone left this in the trash in my mail room, but they took the actual offer and left the generic inserts, blah.
Since we’re all doing it… would really love a mailer 🙂
