I ordered from a clothing site that was not listed on the shop small map and got the amex offer confirmation email from AMEX, so there are probably more that trigger than what is listed, like usual for these shop small offers.

I saw darntough.com on the online list, but $80 is a lot more socks than I need right now… anyone spot some other good online stores?
Bizarrely, Fungi Perfecti is included as part of the promotion. They sell…mushroom growing kits.
