I received my cash out in paypal today for this deal. A $21 moneymaker since I submitted a cashback guarantee to TCB for Gocashback’s $24. Glad I went with TCB and didn’t consider gocashback since I don’t know how reliable of a cashback portal they are.

When I checked Topcashback yesterday, my Aaptiv cashback had gone to payable. Success!

Has anyone received a payout via Topcashback on the Aaptiv purchase? I purchased the 1 month sub on April 23, and TCB says Aaptiv hasn’t credited them yet, even though my spend was tracked immediately.

I do believe my first TCB experience may also be my last. Rakuten is so much more reliable IME.

Just wondering for anyone who did the cashback through GoCashback (mine still hasn’t credited yet) are you keeping the renewal of the Aaptiv service for another month or cancelling before the second charge? Brazilian RM Zack

I already canceled mine. I decided to let it go. Too much of a hassle. I was able to run 13.1 miles for the very first time with Aaptiv’s help so I consider the extra $3 I paid an investment hehe

Bobby Buttersworth I cancelled. Nothing in the GoCashback terms requires maintaining the subscription past the first month. We’ll see what happens.

I also canceled. It’s only coming up for me under Click History, not Orders. You guys? Anyone have any luck contacting GoCashback to add it in?

GoCashback has been a bunch of bitches in handling this, excuse the language. But they have been extremely frustrating to deal with. First it took almost a month to get a follow up e-mail from them, and more than a month for them to start to investigate it. I am still waiting. The response I got by e-mail was also some broken English that was almost impossible to read. Absolutely pathetic, and still waiting for my money, doubt we’ll get it. Just a pathetic cashback web site. Next time I will use any other cashback site. Let me know how it goes for you.

I didn’t cancel my subscription yet for Aaptiv. I kept it for a second month, as the cashback claim would most likely be denied if they see it’s canceled after investigating. That’s what I think at least.

This is my first TCB experience, so I apologize for the newbie question.

The $18 shows as pending in my account, but it hasn’t moved to confirmed. Is this correct? Has anyone’s $18 moved to confirmed? I still have the monthly membership as active, and was planning to cancel in the next few days. TIA!

In the same boat! Usually TCB has an “Estimated Payout” time listed under a transaction, but in this case, it doesn’t seem to be there.

I’ll probably cancel a few days before renewal.

I emailed TCB to ask about this, and they responded:
“With certain retailers we find that a transaction my never progress from pending to confirmed to payable. in some case it may jump straight to payable from pending.”

Additionally, when I went to cancel my Aaptiv membership, they offered me 50% the next month ($7.49) if I continued for 1 more month. Since the Amex deal is good for 2x, I figured I’d hedge my bet with TCB posting and at worse case this would only be a $1.52 MM, instead of a $2.99 loss. Thank goodness Amex is consistent and fast with their offer redemptions.

Has anyone done this a second time? If so, how? A different e-mail address?

Worked for me! I had held off on joining TCB due to mediocre reviews, so I googled and found a $15 signup bonus. My $18 TCB posted within the hour, so this is a $30 MM for me! Thanks all!

TCB has $33 for yearly membership so long as 30 days is maintained. Not sure if Aaptiv gives refunds on the yearly after 30 days.
