Does it have to be all in one charge?
I think so? Not 100% sure unfortunately.
Just bill everything to your room. I got comped rooms last time so used up offer by billing everything to my room at various restaurants at the Caesars properties and paying the daily resort fees
Would dinner and shows count on their own?
I wouldn't feel safe staying at Caesars Palace since they started room searches. Having minimum wage employees going into your room confiscating equipment if you post a DND sign — what could possibly go wrong?! Many other great places that respect DND.
