Our Verdict
If the eGiftcard restriction isn’t enforced then you could pair it with another deal that offers a $20 promo code when you purchase a $100 eGiftcard. I’m guessing gift cards won’t work as they are processed by cashstar and usually it’s not possible to trigger the AmEx offer if that’s the case unfortunately.
