Our Verdict

Frustrating that it’s not only restricted to Europe, but that not all properties in the participating countries even count. Still, good deal if you have any Europe trips planned and want to stay at a Hilton property. If your stay is after 9/30/19 then calling in and paying in full before your stay will normally work.
