Any portals work for gift card purchases?

I did the Macys 10 off 60 offer back in 2019 with my AMEX card. It was the only purchase made on that card within the past year. My credit card was compromised, Macys sent a letter saying their database was hacked and offered 1 year credit monitoring

So what are you trying to tell us – that no one should ever shop at Macy’s again?

Agree, same thing happened to me.
A year after breach I placed an online order for store pick up. Got the confirmation it was ready, upon picking up merchandise CS asked for Driver’s License – not to verify I was the intended but to add my DL # into their system. Nope! That’s not going to happen. Nasty CS said then you don’t get your merchandise. I asked her to get a manager who told her to give me my stuff. LOL!
