While trying to use this and the Amex Saks rebate, I learned that not all products are shipped and sold by Sucks and the shoprunner free shipping benefit won’t apply to those products. Not sure if they will get charged as Sucks for the rebate and Amex offer too.

Looks like a physical gift card should work since an e-gift card is not the same thing.
