Update 1/10/24: Deal is back for 2024. Insurance is through 12/31/24 and cable is through 6/10/24. I’m seeing $10 off $50 on cable and internet; there are likely various versions. Insurance offer is around now as well. I’m not sure if the wireless offer is around this time.

Our Verdict
Seems this offer is highly targeted, maybe to newer Amex cards (?). Some nice savings here.
