Credits posted on targeted cards on 12/14.
DP: Received the promo email on my Wyndham Barclays Visa. Purchased a Costco membership around 10/21 for about $65 and change. A credit of $60 was posted to my account today 12/23. Didn't need to open a ticket or anything was just patient with it
Transaction posted on 10/31, no statement credit yet and just passed 6 weeks so messaged Barclays. First response was from a rep that didn't know what I was talking about, similar to some of the comments/concerns below. I replied quoting the terms in the original email I had received and got a response acknowledging the offer and terms and saying 6-8 weeks, and since it hasn't yet been 8 weeks, I should wait a bit longer. If you've passed the 8-week point, I encourage you to SM them to get them manually apply the credit (which is likely what I'll have to do in two more weeks).
Anyone got the $60 statement credit? I just contacted Barclays and they are unable to find info about this offer on their end. I still haven’t gotten the statement credit yet.
Same here but somebody down the thread said it took them almost 2 months to get the credit. If I dont get it doing a chargeback.
Any update? Purchased October 7, still nothing.. Was going to wait the full 8 weeks until reaching out, per the email terms:
3. Once your membership purchase is complete, you will receive a $60 statement credit on your Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Card in 6-8 weeks.
Nothing yet. Thing is a fucking scam. Called in and they have no records of this promotion it seems
Called today and spoke to a supervisor named WIllilam who had me fwd the email to relationsnv at the rate barclays d o tcom and then manually credited the amount.
Will sign up Costco membership for another person other than Wyndham card holder trigger the statement credit?
Does the membership code differently than a regular purchase? I wonder if doing a purchase in store for exactly $60 (like a gift card) would work.
I got a membership on my Wyndham card but honey dropped a promo code in and made the transaction total 59.99... any guesses if that'll negate the statement credit?
For the purpose of being "new", I was part of a family account before (the 2nd member). I wonder if I am still "new".
Looks I am not targeted :/ No email from them anywhere. Have Wyndham business and AA business.
Got this on my earner business. Picked up the Costco business membership card today. Showed them a business credit card, a business bank statement (that I only opened for the sup) and a cheap business card (the ones they print for free or used to). They seem to be strict about 3 forms of business ID.
