- Chase is offering some Amazon cardholders 5% back on up to $500 in Zappos purchases from July 6th until August 31st, 2019. Enrollment is not necessary
The Fine Print
- Earn an extra 4% Back (for a total of 5%) on Zappos.com purchases: During the promotional period of July 6 until August 31, 2019, earn a total of 5% Back per $1 spent on Zappos.com purchases, up to $500 on purchases ($25 maximum earn), when you use your Amazon Rewards Visa Signature credit card. That’s an extra 4% Back in addition to the 1% Back you already earn on Zappos.com purchases.
- The % Back earned for this promotion will post to your account as bonus points during the applicable monthly billing cycle and are generally available to be used at the beginning of the next billing cycle; bonus points earned on purchases made near the end of a billing cycle may take up to one additional billing cycle to become available.
- To qualify for this promotional offer, your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.

Our Verdict
I always find it a bit weird that this card doesn’t earn 5% back at Zappos already considering it’s owned by Amazon. Personally I don’t really shop at Zappos so not sure how useful this deal actually is.
