Our Verdict
This is the highest bonus we’ve ever seen on this card. Standard bonus is 80,000 points. There was supposed to be an in branch 100,000 offer for small business week, but despite some readers getting that offer without a BRM it is supposed to be BRM restricted. If you get this 120,000 offer and are under 5/24, then it’s definitely worth doing. As mentioned it’s the highest bonus we’ve seen and because Chase business cards don’t report to your personal credit report they don’t count towards your 5/24 total making it a double win. If you got targeted, feel free to share any reasons you can think on about why you might have been targeted. If you have any questions about Chase credit cards, please read this post first.

This is transferable but will NOT bypass 5/24.
120k offer: in branch only or can it be applied online using the code? tia!
Any successful data points of transferring this offer? I received it, but am over 5/24. Would like to pass it along to my brother.
Did you end up giving it to your bro?
I got the ink preferred 80k target offer with code in mail yesterday. But I am above 5/24.Do I need to try to apply?
I find it hilarious,no offense, that this day and age with chase, that a person would say, have recently been approved for the 80k CIP ….and be bitter about not getting the 100k offer…. now… if we are comparing the 80k to the 120k… then I get it. But 100k to 120k…. just get a referral….right????
You can’t refer the 100k or 120k offers even if you were targeted for one. The highest You can refer is 80k and the person referring gets 20k UR.
thats not at all what he’s trying to say….
Omg, losing so much. I just got 200k on two cards…5555
I just applied to the 100k offer via BRM. #FML
Doesn’t really matter unless you also got this targeted offer.
Looks like on reddit they list the conditions for this targeted offer…
About the targeted business owner:
– Is under 5/24
– Only has one Chase card, CSR.
– No personal or business checking at Chase
About the targeted business:
– About 15 years old, LLC. Manufacturer.
– No business loan nor business credit cards.
It’s not “the” conditions. These happen to be the details that apply to the individual who received the offer. Chase sends out mailers regularly. They may include invitation numbers, but those do not bypass 5/24. That makes them glorified ads, and the word “targeted” must also be clarified along the same lines: The mailer is addressed to a registered business and the code will auto-populate the online application with the mailing address. The bonus is higher than the norm. That is all.
You cannot provoke this offer with any kind of personal stats. No business has a 5/24 status. It’s a lottery. Chase has probably scraped a database the way Amex has been doing this.
Just FYI – in the past (with Ink Plus) I successfully shared the offer with a friend of mine who was able to change the address on the app. The offer was to any business at particular address (not to any specific business) though.
@saturn is correct. I just received this mailer today. It doesn’t address me personally, just says Business Owner.
I have business checking, business savings with Chase but I don’t think that matters since I also have a Chase Ink Cash and Chase Ink Preferred. I won the lottery but can’t claim the prize.
Any chance to pass the offer over to me!? I’m trying to figure out how to get the offer as I’ve been looking for a new business card for my business.
anyone have a Chase Ink Business Preferred 120K targeted mailing offer that they won’t use and is willing to pass over to me? Would appreciate it!
@vp – VL is correct: You can load the app with the code, edit the (few) auto-populated details and apply. The offer is transferable. I was only pointing out that the conditions referenced by Ed are incidental. I am still 99% sure that the code will not bypass 5/24. Chase will perform their customary credit check, using (at least) EX, and make their decision pending based on your information.
If you are under 5/24 and at least 0/30 for Chase apps you may have a shot at it.
The 100k offer need 95 fees.banker said no waived is need code?
The conditions for all offers on this card are the same. $5k MSR, AF not waived and charged with the first statement.
How long do you have to wait from having this card before?
I’ve been trying to meet with a brm all week to get the 100k offer with no luck this is just salt in my wound
I was told chase business cards do count towards 5/24 because chase can see their own business cards even if they don’t report to credit reports?
They don’t count, only personal cards do. I know, I have both types from Chase.
People speculated this might be the case, in practice it doesn’t work that way.
It may work this was for Manual Review, meaning an analyst may see them when reviewing your app and deny for too many new accounts. But if you get instantly approved that’s only based on your personal credit report, and will not be factored into the computer’s decision.
Their automated systems don’t count it, but I had 2 different Recon reps count the Ink card when determining I was above 5/24 last year. The only thing that saved me was that two of the other cards were AU.
