Our Verdict
30% is a nice bump. There’s a somewhat similar offer ongoing through October to get a 30% bonus when having 6,000 points post to your account. The offer presented in this post is for $6,000 in spend on the card.

Got 30% bonus points (1817) based on my $6056 purchase, not based on the points my card earned from grocery purchase (22558).
Yeah, my guess was that it would be only on base points, not any other bonuses. I actually got more than I expected.
Hi Matthew, what do you mean you got more than you expected? E.g. you spent 6000, but got more than 1800? If you spend 6000 on air tickets and got 12000, will you get 3600 rather than 1800?
I got bonus on a transaction refunded. Wasn’t much but still a nice surprise.
how long does the bonus take to post ? had 2 different promos end on 1/31 and neither has posted

got the 18k offer as well but had the 6000 last time since that was meant maybe they are upping it
weird though , i was registered for the 6000 that ran from 8-10/31 and that is no longer showing in my sw account

Same here. I received and registered for the 8/1 – 10/31 one but I can’t see it anymore. I received the new one ($6k version). Called SWA to ask what gives. Rep could still see the first one active on my RR acct. He checked with supervisor and said the new one should stack with the old for the month they overlap. Take that FWIW.
I really hope they don’t screw this up and make us go chasing for the 30% bonus on that one right before 2021. I need that bonus to get the companion pass and something tells me they won’t post until we make a complaint. Don’t understand why they cant send out a clarification email since the old promo has disappeared from our accounts online.
