I got one for 100000 points for a $1000 spend (or around there – can’t remember exactly) some months ago. I did the spend but had to go to battle with them when the 100000 points didn’t come. Eventually they credited my account $100.
Any thing I can do get targeted for these offers? Do they show up in credit card account under “offers”? I only see “When we add new offers, you’ll find them here.” No email either :/
In my short experience the spending offers usually come as an email. Sometimes I receive balance transfer or 0% apr offers in the physical mail. I once saw a balance transfer offer in the “offers” section of their website but it was gone the next day, I wouldn’t count on a Citi x sears collab having good IT to explain any of this 😂
I only have regular $50 for spending $750.

🙁 My SYW card is over a year old now and I still have not received even a single targeted offer, while everyone else seems to be able to get them regularly. I’ve done everything I could from spending a bunch on the card, spending little, spending nothing for months, etc.
So if anyone is thinking of applying for this card just for the targeted offers, then just know that these offers are not guaranteed despite how many people regularly receiving them for years. You could end up like me and just get a whole lot of Sears spam and absolutely no targeted offers whatsoever.
I hope you get some offers coming your way soon. I got this card in Aug, so it’s only been a month. I heard the amazing offers which why I got the card in the first place, I’m hoping the offers do start coming in at some point.
Yea I wonder if the offers are fake. Because I had the card for 6 months now and absolutely no offers. Maybe it’s a way to lure us to apply for this card. Anyway I do like the 5% gas
Can someone explain why this card is good one to use? I’ve read various blogs were people are touting the great offers they can get, but when I looked at the application, it only looks like you can earn points that are good at Sears and Kmart, which are both nonexistent, especially where I live. Can those points be cashed out? Am I missing something? Thx.

I have been getting 10% off grocery, gas and restaurant up to $80 statement credit each month for the past year, and many other statement credit offers. It beats every single cash back cards out there if you’re targeted.
You’d get emails which you activate the offers from and each offer typically lasts several months. The offers won’t show in the credit card website.

I received $80 statement credit for $800 in online purchases. The terms state that it must be purchases; charges like utility, insurance, taxes and recurring bills do not qualify.
