The coupon shows up for me clicking through the link but when I checkout, it's telling me the code does not exist or is entered incorrectly.

Is the only way to check if I’m targeted by entering the code and see if it works, or is there somewhere I need to activate? Getting “Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again.” - does this mean I’m not targeted?
These never work for me.
I have two ebay accounts (one for my business and the other personal) and I was targeted on both.

Anyone know if this is stackable with the $5 off that expires 9/15?
Edit: the $5 T&C state "cannot be combined with any other Coupon" unclear of whether this promo code counts as a coupon. I'd guess it does.
