Our Verdict
Normally this card has just the 5,000 mile sign up bonus. Even with the extra 15,000 miles this offer is incredibly weak and doesn’t make sense to sign up for. For a list of bonuses we do recommend, click here.
Just want to share that my mom has this card- she flies to Japan a lot. This is anecdotal, but she’s told me the JAL has upgraded her multiple times from regular economy to premium economy for being a cardholder. If this is the case and you fly to Japan a lot, might be worthwhile- annual fee is only $20.
Interesting, could be very useful if true.
I received this offer too. in the shredder it went!
