Showed up in my PayPal account, in the app on the main screen. I don’t recall receiving an email about it. I activated it now.

The charge is showing under Category – “Health Care-Medical Services-Not Else Where Classed”
The emails says the below under exclusions – “(1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments”

Yes: didn’t get targeted at all for the other one ($5 off $15), but BOTH of my accounts got hit with this offer! *happy dance*

Not bad, I got a $5 for 3 $5+ transactions with the cash card on the same account.
Does purchase using credit card through PayPal work ?
Seems like it should since the only exclusions are send/receive, and purchases with PayPal Branded Credit and debut cards that are not through paypal
Now if only there’ll be a usable eBay 25% off coupon!
