You don’t need to spend $40. I received same offer but spent $30, and paid $14 after the discount and 10% fee. Service was very friendly, but I won’t be using again since they partner with expensive groceries and selection is very limited.

Actually I found the tab but no stores available near me
I got a 20 off 30 offer from them and tried to use it in the app. Loaded up $35 worth of groceries and nothing, no discount. Attempted to contact their support about it but it’s virtually non-existent service with being run around in circles from being told to contact cornershop and then being told it was never a valid promo (what?).
I don’t even see a grocery tab, and I’m in the bay area, so I would think it would be available here.
