[Expired] [Targeted] WeBull: Deposit $2,000+ & Get 5 Stocks (Worth $45+)

The Offer

Direct Link to offer (keep in mind this is only valid if you got the targeted email)

  • Between 2/19/2020 to 3/13/2020, make a total net deposit of $2,000+ (not including however much you’ve already deposited before the promotion) and earn 5 FREE stocks. Each stock is valued between $9 – $1000.

Others got a more targeted version which offered higher amounts of free stock (e.g. 20 or 25 free stocks) with a higher deposit amount (e.g. $10,000 or $25,000).

The Fine Print

  • If you do decide to participate, please keep in mind you will only be able to claim your free stocks on 4/17/2020. That is a total of THIRTY-FIVE (35) days after the promotion ends where you CANNOT withdraw or transfer out the deposit in order to claim the free stocks.
  • Net deposit = Deposit amount (+) Transfer in amount (-) Withdraw amount (-) Transfer out amount.
  • You CAN trade with your deposit.
  • This promotion is user targeted. You will NOT receive any free stock(s) if you participated in this promotion without receiving a push notification for this promotion. Sharing this promotion with others does NOT guarantee them the same rewards nor does it equate to an invite to participate.

Our Verdict

We usually add the smaller WeBull deals as updates the our WeBull review, but this offer is really nice as an existing user bonus. You can get a minimum of $45 by depositing $2,000, and statistically it’s likely to be even higher than $45 since you have 5 chances of getting more than the minimum $9 stock. If you have money you’re planning on investing anyway, this is easy enough.

I reached out to them via Twitter and they gave me the 5 free stocks within hours.

Has anyone heard back from them? I still haven’t gotten a response.

I have been sending them weekly messages with no response.

Yesterday, I said I would be filing a complaint with FINRA if I did not hear from them within a week. Today, I got a response – “Expect the stocks within a week.”

https://www.finra.org/investors/have-problem/file-complaint/complaint-center

Not sure if that is what triggered a response or if it is a huge coincidence, but it is probably worth a shot.

I sent these cawksuckers 2 emails and one direct message to there support 1 week ago about the missing stocks and not one single reply.

Lol why would someone want to use your stockapp with customer service like this.

Terrible.

If you didn’t receive your stocks, I would double-check if your net deposit between 2/19 to 3/13/2020 is at least $2,000. On the homepage on the Webull app, click ‘More’ and then ‘Funds’ under the Banking section.

For me, I deposited $2,000, didn’t touch it, and waited for 4/17/2020 for the 5 free stocks but those never came. I checked the ‘Funds’ page and realized I sold and withdrew the 3 free stocks from the previous promotion for depositing at least $500 between 1/15 to 1/31/2020: a $30.22 withdrawal on 2/26/2020.

Ultimately, it was on me; I should have deposited $30.22 more to offset the selling and withdrawal of the 3 free stocks. Well, you live and you learn.

I never sold or withdrew anything. I’ve had 2k sitting there and still do. There is NO reason I shouldn’t have gotten the free stocks.

Hadn’t checked this in a while but did today and saw the 5 free stocks.
2 JBLU and 3 UBS for a grand total of $42! Lol I’ll take it.

Can we file a cfpb complaint for not receiving stocks?

So something very strange happened with me and p2. The money available to withdraw is more than the cash balance in the accounts. We both have some free stocks in there, but for each account there is $20 – $20 more “available to withdraw” than the cash in the account. To be safe i just withdrew the cash that i know is in there.

Anyone else see this or have any idea whats going on?

No notification recevied this time, but the deposit bonus stocks are available to claim in the app – menu – deposit bonus. Got one share of TSN ($62.xx) and one KHC ($28.xx) among the 25 shares. Otherwise mostly UBS and JBLU.

Still haven’t gotten the stocks or even an actual reply from a human (just 3 auto replies directions me to the bonus center). How about others? Guess it was the weekend, so hopefully they come through soon. That said, I’m obviously a little annoyed.

Not to mention your Social Security Number and other private info by law gets handed over to the Chinese government.

Doesn’t this happen in the USA as well? For tax purposes, Webull at some point has to provide my name and SSN to the IRA (a branch of the federal government) to report income. I’m not sure what you said is unique or problematic by itself.

Not like in China.. China is building databases on Americans probably to use for future bioweapons and hacking.

Got my five free stocks today, totaling $44.57. My $2000 deposit did not settle until after the March deadline, but it was initiated before then. Any idea of when we can withdraw the $2000 safely?
