Update 3/30/19: Deal is back. Keep in mind people have reported issues with this posting correctly. I think that has been mostly fixed, but YMMV.
Update: Looks like TCB is no longer offering cash back on Raise.
Update 2/18/19: Deal is back again for today. Stack with 7% off Raise sitewide today.
Update 2/10/19: Deal is back again (though it confuses me that it also shows the 2% rate). A lot of people are reporting only receiving 2% back.
Update 2/8/19: Deal is back and it does stack with the 6% off deal on dining cards as that promo code is listed on TCB.
The Offer
- Topcashback is offering 10% cash back on Raise, today only
The Fine Print
- “Raise Pay” purchases are non-commissionable
- Orders submitted over $1000 are not eligible for cash back.
- Bulk Seller listings are not eligible for cashback.
- Using a promotional/coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback. If you use a code that we have not provided you with then there is a strong chance that your cashback will be declined or go untracked to your account.
- Orders submitted under $20 are not eligible for cash back.
- After you have placed over $5,000 in lifetime purchases on Raise.com, you will no longer be eligible for cash back.
Our Verdict
Keep in mind the lifetime limit of $5,000. If you don’t already have a Topcashback account remember you can currently get $25 for signing up as well.
Hat tip to @lowerybelairmd
I did this deal a couple of weeks ago and the cashback didn’t track for me.
In all fairness to TCB, my card was at first declined due to a fraud alert, though Raise automatically attempted the transaction a second time, and it went through since I had by then responded to the fraud alert from the bank. It seems the second transaction wasn’t recognized as being linked to TCB.
DP: The Cashback for the last 10% Promotion was originally tracked as 2%, but got corrected automatically. I did not have any issues.
Regarding the $5000 lifetime limit:
I Google searched the Raise website for each of the words “lifetime” and “limit” – nothing there except a GC called LIfetime Fitness.
Ebates’ lifetime limit on Raise purchases is $20,000, which seems to indicate that it is not a Raise.com rule, no?
Might well be a TCB limit. You can see how much you have spent on Raise by going to Earnings and sorting by Merchant.
Old DOC Notes:
https://www.doctorofcredit.com/get-1-back-raise-com-purchases-20000-lifetime/
goto https://www.topcashback.com/raise/
Under “Terms & Conditions and other useful information”, click on the arrow next to “What could stop me from getting cash back? ” to display the list. Near the bottom, it says “After you have placed over $5000 in lifetime purchases on Raise.com, you will no longer be eligible for cash back.”
I did see that, but I think it might be about spending $5000 at Raise.com VIA TCB. How would TCB know how much you have spent in total on Raise except for transactions that have gone through TCB?
How do I identify which one is bulk listing?
I received the correct cashback today for the Feb 8 promotion. I lodged the claim on Feb 9, and the status of my claim had been “ready to submit” until Feb 20, when my claim was submitted to the affiliate network.
My TCB ticket to bump up the Raise cashback from 2% to the promised 10% has been approved as of this morning
Successfully tracked at 10% today, unlike the previous 3 times!
none of my purchases are showing up on TCB, how quickly did they track for you?
My Raise didn’t track either (at least not 8 hours later so far). But my giftcardmall tracked immediately. Not sure why. Google chrome?
About 2 hours.
Says 0% cash back for me.
What’s seems to be the problem??
Seems dead, no 10%.
Updated, ty
I checked TCB when I placed the order on Raise.com early today… It was 2% without the coupon allowed. Crying…
