William Charles Targeted: Extra $5 back with $15 purchase, this weekend only.
I use rakuten right now, sound like I should stick with them as people are saying here topcashback are playing games? Or does anyone recommend a different one?
I used BeFrugal for the Sprint stacking deal a few months back. No issue. Used Mr. Rebates too, no issue. I don’t do a ton of shopping, but if you can add in a new account bonus into a % off discount, get the minimum to cash-out, who cares if you ever use them again.
But, I have no complaints about TCB either. I think some of these issues are self induced. Wait time on responses, maybe not so much. Probably paying their staff a bare minimum and have few overloaded reps, so they have more money to give back to customers. That’s the story I am going with.
TCB: double Cashback formula:
2 x 0 = 0.
This! Same as the likelihood they’ll respond to repeated queries about mistracked purchases.
I’ve had my doubts, but after enough time they do respond and take action. I’ve had to make claim for 4/7 orders I’ve used them for. 2 orders was Raise and man… they took over 10 weeks After making claim 30 days after purchase. I finally can do payout with the bonus 25 for joining. So can’t really knock them too hard, but its hard to recommend when most people don’t have patience for this.
I had several never track. All I get from their support is they can’t fix it and throw the issue on the vendor (Amazon in two cases). I’ve messaged them even on forums here and they ignore it.
Amazon CS told me they recommend not using them. I think I’ll trust Amazon on this until they can fix their mess versus denying it exists.
Interesting. Do the companies contract with TCB? I considered emailing each of the CEOs at the companies I made a purchase. I presumed the companies paid TCB. TCB is committing fraud if they receive payment from the companies and do not pay the consumers. Is my understanding incorrect?
I am curious how many people on this site are having issues collecting money from TCB? I am owed hundreds of dollars from recent Raise promos. I emailed the CEO, and he does not respond — any thoughts on how to collect my money.
