This promotion is available to select TopCashback members only. During this promotion members are able to receive an additional $2.50 cash back when the below Terms and Conditions are met.

- If you cancel your order, the Cash Back Bonus will be removed.

- Cash Back Bonus may not automatically apply to purchases where a Missing Cash Back Claim needs to be lodged to get your purchase to track correctly. If this is the case and your claim is successful you will need to raise a support ticket to be awarded the bonus.

Dominique Hi Dominique, I sent you an email earlier today asking that you can help my missing cash back for a purchase at Home Depot on July 6; I did submit receipts / proof for the purchase & submitted multiple request & follow-up on your site to get the missing cash back at least validated or confirmed; however, as you see it’s been more than 3 months, my requests & follow-ups to TCB got the same replies ‘awaiting for the network to confirm’. I decided to reach out to you on DOC here, asking that TCB will make it right by confirming my validated cash back for my purchase of more than 3 months ago. Thanks in advance
The last time this bonus was offered (a few weeks ago) I noted that this didnt track the last two times I attempted a single eBay checkout (multiple items/sellers). Now after a month or so they magically showed up and were payable (earlier than usual). I’d like to believe that someone saw my post and looked into it… who knows.
If only I could get them to pay out the last _5_ of these offers I’ve completed. Oldest one is from January. Details says “Estimated Payable 6 weeks.” Their CS just sends canned replies that don’t actually say anything meaningful.
Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but I’ve had all but one instance track and the one that didn’t was added quickly when I complained. AND most of These were Raise orders.
I haven’t had any trouble with any of the promos yet… they clear when the qualifying transaction clears. Had to wait ~5 months for olive garden that took their dear sweet time paying out.
