Our Verdict

According to Gift Card Wiki, Lowe’s cards have the best resell rate at 84% of facevalue. That means if you purchased a $50 gift card, you’d get the following:

• $10 off coupon for next shop (unsure if there is a minimum spend requirement or not and if it can be used to purchase more gift cards)
• Credit card points ($2.5 if using a card that gets 5% back at grocery stores)
• Sell the gift card for 84% or $42

Not the best deal ever, but might be worth it if the coupon doesn’t have a minimum spend requirement/they can be used to purchase gift cards. Tops also has a gas points program, although it doesn’t look like you’ll earn points for gift card purchases you might earn them when you redeem your coupon.
