Our Verdict
Should be possible to signup for the $111 plan and pay just $55.50 after the coupon code + $10 shipping. Then you’ll get $50 back from Capital One and $50 from Citi Offers for a net moneymaker of around $35.
Hopefully the promo code doesn’t negate the portal. Even just using the $50 from Capital One and $50 from Citi could get you a solid deal. Feel free to share updates, thoughts, and tips in the comments below.

My Citi merchant offer posted after 4 days. Capital One Shopping hasn’t posted after 30 days; I contacted them, they just said it might take 90 days (I’m doubtful though, since it posted for other people in 8 days or less).
Charged 110 on Citi Premier through capital one shopping portal and added Citi merchant offer as well
Only received CapitalOne shopping credit
Possibility I may have added the citi offer on another citi card, impossible to tell because it doesn’t show up on redeemed/earned/expired

It’s been over 2 weeks and my $50 off $100 Citi Offer isn’t crediting, Citi’s support is non-existent so I would proceed with caution.
My Citi cards have $50 off $100, not sure if they updated/changed the deal.

Woohoo! I bought on 6/5 and today 6/8 Cap One Shopping told me it tracked. I paid $55 + $10 shipping so $65. Got $50 from Cap One Shopping and should get $50 from Citi. Well, I didn’t have the offer on my Citi so I did it through a buddy’s CC and told him I’d split the $50 with him. 🙂
My Citi Merchant Offers didn’t have this offer when I checked last week, but today it does (on all of my cards).
But I read some reviews saying their food tastes bad, so I might not bother trying it.
They didn’t even bother to ship. Was supposed to get delivered last friday. I still didn’t cancel as it was a moneymaker but I just got an email that they refunded it. My Citi offer already posted ($50) as well as simplymiles. Probably clawbacks incoming. What a joke.
Update. They refunded fast on 6/7. As of 6/21, no clawbacks on citi offer ($50 off $50) or simplymiles.
If I stays this way, I’d be just happy.
I bought the vegan ones and two out of the seven were meat meals, lmao. The ones that DIDN’T have meat varied in quality, but imo were at least edible
