Note that there was nowhere on the application where you could enter a promo code, as far as I was aware.
On the landing page, the “Open an Account” buttons link to an URL with the promo code “OFFER24” pre-populated in the URL as a parameter appended at the end of the URL, but there was otherwise nothing in the application that indicated a promo being applied.
