U.S. Bank plans to launch a new small business card targeted towards ‘Road Warriors’ called ‘Altitude Connect World Elite Mastercard‘. A preview page of the card is now live and you can join the waitlist to be notified when it goes live in late February.
Card details are as follows:
- 60,000 point bonus after $6,000 in spend on the Account Owner’s card in the first 180 days of opening your account
- Annual fee of $95 waived for the first year
- Card earns at the following rates:
- 5x points on prepaid car rental and hotels when booked through the U.S. Bank Rewards Center
- 4x points on the first $150,000 in annual spend on travel expenses paid directly to providers such as airfare and hotels, plus on gas and EV charging
- 2x points on dining, takeout, restaurant delivery and cell phone services
- 1X points for all other net purchases
- As a cardmember you’ll receive a $25 statement credit after every three consecutive monthly taxi or rideshare transactions paid for with your card
- Complementary annual Priority Pass airport lounge membership plus four complimentary visits per membership year
Anyone know if tolls / Fastrak count as travel? otherwise is WF Autograph best card for tolls?
Does loading Uber Cash or Lyft count for the $25 rideshare credit? If so, how much do you need to load?
Are there any tax implications for this card that we know of?

Edge DP: non-USD rideshare purchases trigger the $25 credit. I did an audit of my account recently and noticed I still received the credit in months when I only had INR or EUR Uber purchases.
Anyone get the $25 rideshare credit recently? I’ve had a mix of Uber rides and Uber cash but haven’t received it so far (it’s been 3 months since my last credit)
I’ve been getting them. But I’ve read in the terms it seems you can get max three per year. It isn’t explicity stated but the wording saying “you are eligible” to get another $25 after the month the credit is processed seems to make it seem you can only get three. I’ve held the card past the first year and I’ve only ever gotten paid three times per “cardmember year”
This must have been it. They exclude the month you get the credit so you can only get 3 per year. I received a credit the following month
Are you loading your Uber account and that counts? (In theory).

How much do you buy?
Applied for the Altitude card last week. Application went to review with no replies. I called customer service today and they said it needed a manual verification. Took me ~60 mins to get connected to the team.
They asked bunch of questions and then told me to fax ID and SSN documents. Did that today and hopefully this moves the needle to approval. Pathetic customer service team tbh!
i signed up. Working non-chase business ccards for awhile. surprised on the bonus restriction language. Guess its one and done.

I’ve done two Leverage cards and gotten bonuses.
I’ve had two Triple Cash and waiting on the second bonus (hope it works).
Haven’t tried two BAC but that language tells me no chance. Bummer. What do I do between Chase Ink?!

I got the bonus on both Leverage cards and was told that my bonus offer was attached to the Triple Cash card.
Any DPs of the rideshare credit? I made 3 monthly Uber purchases (Uber cash add fund) but still have not received the credit.
Made 3 monthly uber cash load in April, May, June. Received the credit today after the statement close date in July.
Will try Fluz uber purchase next (same mcc 4121, but $15 minimum instead of $25)

Are they waiving the entire 95$? I was just offered a partial waive few weeks ago unfortunately.
