I believe this is a click-through tracking offer – when you click through from the above Paypal link while logged in it’ll track the cashback to your Paypal account. You should be able to use any payment method on UberEats.

The payment methods above mention “any payment method,” but that may be from last year. The terms say:

“How it Works: Eligible Participant must add PayPal as a payment method and complete their purchase at merchant (“Eligible Transaction”) using their Valid Account during the Offer Period”
which implies you must check out with paypal. Unfortunately, I just ordered earlier today, and don’t have another transaction planned before the offers’ expiration

Just canceled uberone, and app is not allowing cancellation. Did a chat and this is what I got

10% won’t even cover the upcharge for not ordering directly from the restaurant let alone fees.

this can probably stack with amex 50% off uber. With this, amex 50%, and frequent uber promo, it’s like triple stack.
Be careful doing that, the terms for Amex do mention third party payments for that offer:
For example, you may not receive the statement credit if (a) the merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet.
I didn’t try it personally, I was targeted for PayPal & Amex but didn’t want to risk 50% discount for a 5% additional discount
I placed an order in hopes I will get the 50% offer in addition to the PayPal 10%. I noticed that the tip I included with my purchase coded as “PAYPAL UBER EATS” but the overall charge coded as “UBER TECHNOLOGIES”. These are both pending transactions, so we will see how it goes.
