That’s interesting. I had to dig around a bit to find this offer. I haven’t used their portal in a long time, since I no longer that a CC with them, but per their terms, you can use a non-USAA card as long as you are a USAA member. Cash-back for a non-USAA card is mailed out via check quarterly. The only thing that is not really clear to me… if it has to be school supply related purchase. Says “qualifying purchases”.
