You think that Federal laws stop people from breaking the law? Explain how this seller could possibly buy stamps cheap enough that they can sell them profitably for $0.34? The USPS does not sell stamps at a discount to anyone

All other stamp dealers or online vendors are required to charge sales tax.
All unauthorized dealers selling potential counterfeit stamps?
If you have any Office Depot rewards, you can use those to buy books or rolls of stamps at any Office Depot store. No tax and you are sure they are legit. I bought about $1,600 worth using my rewards over the years when the stamps were much cheaper, so every time there is a price increase I am getting a return on investment. I use them to mail packages mostly.
Walmart has a 100 pack for $49.99 no tax if you are worried these might be counterfeit.

Many of these cheaper stamps are counterfeit. They’re super easy to get from china for pennies each. I would avoid this.
I think they’re ALL fake. I’ve never seen the USPS or authorized seller offering stamps at a discount to face value.

Yes, but you have to hand it in at a post office. You can’t just drop it in a bin.

Sales tax would go to the state if they are reporting properly, not the company, so that can’t be where they are making money.
