Verizon: Netflix Premium + Starz For $75

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Verizon is offering an annual subscription to Netflix Premium & Starz for $75

Our Verdict

Gotta sign up through the +play hub. If you have an existing membership with either you have to cancel and wait until the end of the billing period to then sign up through here. Annoying, but huge saving so worth it for most people.

Chuck  William Charles Similar deal for Duolingo Premium ($84) or Masterclass ($90) is available. Also a heads up that a payment issue with nullify the deal, which I had to deal with when a card got declined, and Verizon wouldn’t allow me to try the payment again or switch payments.

I found an old comment on Slickdeals re: cancelling NFL+ in case anyone is curious:

You can cancel NFL+ via the chat bot now and then you will see your status cancelled here [link to +play dashboard] (https://slickdeals.net/f/16308325-verizon-customers-free-12-months-netflix-premium-w-subscription-25?p=163214015#post163214015)

NFL+

that worked for me and it now says “status: cancelled” under NFL+ – and Netflix is still active until December of course

Per your comment below, I recall as well that NFL+ doesn’t auto-renew. You cancelled anyway just to be safe? Also, am I correct to assume we can’t take advantage of this deal as well unless it’s available come December when our free Netflx ends?

If i’m currently paying for Netflix separate from Verizon, can I use this promo and still keep my regular netflix account? I don’t want to create a new one.

I did the NFL/Netflix last December, it shows NFL is at seasonal price until 7/31/23. Do we have to cancel to avoid being charged or are we free until December like Netflix?

yeah been wondering the same. Verizon support has been super useless. I don’t even see an option to cancel NFL and believe NFL (same as NBA) were the only subscriptions back then that didn’t automatically renew. But not 100% sure and don’t know how to confirm..

My Netflix account activated just fine, but my old Starz account is still telling me I need to renew, even though it is showing that the Starz account is activated on the +Play site. Going to give it another day before chatting with customer service to see if I did something wrong.

Can’t even get into Verizon – did we crash the site?

Anyone know if this stacks with an existing Netflix subscription through +play?

It does. I had Netflix gift cards auto-paying it, now it links their verizon. If you go to your settings/account page, it’ll say managed through “Verizon” or something. But yeah, it really does work if you already have a Netflix account

Some research I’ve done indicates that it does NOT stack with an existing 1-year. I.E., I bought 1-year of NFL from Verizon in December 2022 that came with 1 year of Netflix.

Rick trying to read between lines on your post… are you saying you can use Netflix gift cards on this “Verizon-based” account to make payment? If yes, how??? (Circles and arrows, please.)
