Synchrony introduced a new Account Manager view with a new format of the online login. They just sent out an email about it.
Notably, stillwaters23 points out, the new view allows you to view all of your various Synchrony cards in a single login. (I assume they consolidate it by SSN?) That’s awesome because Synchrony issues dozens of small store cards, and people often forget they even have those cards, so this is an easy way to take stock.
Find the new format by clicking the Account Manager option to On. You’ll see that option on the login page, before you login.
Paypal, Venmo, and Victoria’s Secret cards are not included.

Unfortunately, I the ones I have been connected with, are mostly inadept.
I deplore the fact that global companies who were considered superb, including the one I worked with for 39 years, now choose low cost vs quality, loyalty, pride in company, ad infinitum.

This option is horrible. Some of the accounts I am a authorized user on and it makes it impossible for me to log into those accounts now directly to pay for the purchases I made, not my mother
Sychrony is the biggest farce for a bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with. every blasted act I have opened has been sold to synchrony banks. I don’t know where they train their people at, but they sure don’t know much.
I have not been able to sign into a single a single act there…. all set up on auto pay two of them are sending me emails and letters thru the mail telling me I have not made a single payment yet they are taking the payments out of my
actual bank act. they have destroyed my credit and there is not a single person I can talk to about this… all I get is well our records show .. well guess what my banks shows I did make the payments you took them out, doesn’t seem to matter what proof I have…

The account manager feature is worthless. Most of the time I can’t log in at all and if I can get in it only shows my Lowes account and a closed Meineke account and none of my other Synchrony accounts!
I don’t mind the account manager, but would be nice if I could delete old closed accounts. I don’t need those showing up when they are long paid off and closed…ridiculous.
I used to be able to toggle the off switch and still log in separately to the card that doesn’t show up in acccount manager (because the AM can’t seem to locate it??) Now the toggle option is gone, AM still can’t “see” the account and I can’t access it online AT ALL.
When I had initially contacted Synch CS, they couldn’t tell me what was wrong and I ended up figuring out the toggle switch thing on my own, so now I’m very skeptical that they will be able to assist me in fixing this. I can’t re-register the card becasue of course, it’s already registered
Same situation here. CS was worthless for figuring out what the problem was and now they have removed the only thing that made the site usable. I am tempted to balance transfer everything out of the synchrony accounts and shift to other institutions.
I absolutely hate this account manager thing. I want the original back as I have different passwords for all accounts with them. This sucks in plain English, just got off the phone with them and went no where with it. I almost want to cancel all my cards.

It is no longer a choice, it is now on by default.

I do not want account manager yet even though I change tab to off al;l my cards show up called customer service three times got nowhere
The new page with all the accounts is good, I like it, however, they should add the ability for us to order/edit the placement of the accounts. I want the accounts organized by my preference not theirs.
