Our Verdict
Nice discount if plan to book with Virgin Altantic.
If I’m reading this right you can stack 20% discount with VA’s companion seat program AND book it all with points? Even with the high surcharge this could be a deal for one of my EU summer trips.
So Bombay to JFK is included but DELHI to JFK is not?
Got rug pulled on A350 booking, then 787 swap. Their fleet really is a basket of deplorables, like pre-Polaris UA. Nothing beats paying $750 in fuel surcharges and taxes for an IFE the size of a gameboy
I got LHR – LAS (direct) Virgin upper through KLM as it was not available through this sale. Probably paid too much 113.5 FB points +$544 but oh well, I got it and it’s for July.
I believe the flights that qualify have high fuel surcharges.
There was a fantastic offer during the Fall of 2022. I flew to Paris First Class for only 35K points in January 2023.
what are u smoking? lol. what first class does Virgin offer lmao
That’s what normies call J
Only has value if you can actually find award space for flights you actually want.
yes thanks for stating that sherlock…LOL

Out of curiosity, why are TLV, LOS, GRU, AUS and DEL excluded?
Some guesses:
TLV – Uncertainty given the war
LOS – Not sure, perhaps something to do with Nigeria?
GRU – Doesn’t start until 2025
AUS – Route just got terminated
DEL – Not sure, perhaps something to do with India?
