Wells Fargo Launches ‘My Wells Fargo Deals’, Powered By Cardlytics

Wells Fargo has officially launched ‘My Wells Fargo Deals’. This offers cardholders cash back at specific merchants when they sign up for the deal, similar to how American Express offers operate. This new deals section is powered by Cardlytics who also provides this service to Chase, Bank of America and others. It looks like this offering was actually launched in 2019, but it’s now available to all cardholders.

These deals will work in conjuction with AmEx offers on Wells Fargo cards that run on the American Express payment network and these rewards are in addition to the standard Go Far Rewards that Wells Fargo offers.

Has anyone been able to get any support for these deals? No one I talk to seems to know what I’m talking about.

Having that problem now. On the app and online. When you click see more on the deals it says temporarily unavailable. Been like this for a week. Called customer service, transferred to 3 different people and no one had an answer kept saying I’ll transfer you to the department you need. YEAH RIGHT, NOT!!. Frustrating

Are checking accounts offered these at all or only CC’s?

I looked at my account and my wife’s. She has the Propel card, which is Amex, while I only have a Visa. We both have checking accounts with a Visa debit card. On her account, there are a bunch of offers, all of them labeled “Amex only.” On my account there are no offers at all. So it looks like it’s another way to activate offers on WF branded Amex cards, like Amex Connect. Maybe they’re planning to expand it to non-Amex cards.

Some of their offers are good, with the AT&T deal probably being the best.

I see I have the shop small offer on my wells card. I have already activated and used like 4 of the 10 on my amex card. Can I activate on the well amex also? I thought they shut down activating amex offers on two cards with the same ss number a while back????

The one per SS# only applies to AMEX issued cards. The WF card should be fine.

Confused on why this is frontpage news? Applied/recieved WF Propel (Amex Branded) in January 2019. Have had access/utilized these offers since then.

Frontpage? Umm, have you used this site before… it’s chronological. Wait a couple hours. It’ll be on page 2 in no time, buddy.

Be careful with this bank! They continually screw over their customers. Most recently, they put some of their customers mortgages in forbearance without their customers permission. This ended up causing damage to their customers credit score.

Forbearance, as opposed to Foreclosure? I mean, I’ll take forbearance over losing the home, if it’s where I live. Not a huge fan of becoming homeless, ya hear?

Or were you hoping for Forgiveness? Yeah, who wouldn’t want their loans forgiven.
