They sent out a correction email. The coupon is good from 2/13-2/20

So it seems like you have up until 2/20/24 to enter the code in the app, and would have 14 days from whenever you redeem it, with a final/latest redemption date of 3/5/24.
I added the offer and it was immediately available for use with an expiration of February 27. Not sure where the April date comes into play.
