Our Verdict

I believe points are worth .5 cents each which makes this 8% back on all third-party gift cards. That stacks on top of the regular grocery multiplier which makes for an incredible deal.

I have mentioned this before, INCLUDING the top comment on the linked post. Points ARE NOT worth 0.5 cents each. They are worth 1 cent each. The only thing is that the normal earning rate is 1 point per 2 dollars spent.

So does this mean with they say 16x points per dollar, they mean 16 TIMES the normal rate of a half point per dollar…in other words 8 points per dollar with this offer.
