The Offer
- Wyndham is offering a status match. Matches are valid for 90 days and to keep status you need to do the following:
- Gold status – 1 qualifying night within 90 days
- Platinum status – 4 qualifying nights within 90 days
- Diamond status – 10 qualifying night within 90 days
Our Verdict
Wyndham stopped allowing status matches at the start of the pandemic, so it’s nice to have back.
Hat tip to FM
I was able to match my trial WR diamond status to caesars diamond yesterday in person at PH Vegas.
You just went to the total rewards desk and showed them a screenshot?
I showed them the in-app card
Thanks
Yes! Unfortunately I couldn’t use it at the time but I got the confirmation that it was loaded.
Christopher
did you already complete your qualifying nights at that point?

World Elite Mastercard cardholders: Complimentary Diamond tier membership
World Mastercard cardholders: Complimentary Platinum tier membership
Platinum, Titanium, Standard and Gold Mastercard cardholders: Complimentary Gold tier membership
Anyone had any luck redeeming this promotion with their Apple Card since I do believe it’s considered a World Elite Mastercard as well?
The Offer is only valid for Eligible Cardholders of Mastercard cards issued in Asia Pacific.
Seems like we just need first 8 digits of card number… hmm
Besides Caesars, are there other programs currently that will match my Wyndham Diamond status (earned via CC)?
I can match you to Royal Nigerian Prince status. All I need are proof of your Wyndham Diamond status as well as an actual diamond.
Caesars Rewards – Tier Matching
Updated 05/25/2023 11:55 AM
Brand new Caesars Rewards members may qualify to have their status matched to Diamond. To have your account upgraded to Diamond per the Tier Matching promotion, stop by a Caesars Rewards Center and show your premium card from our competitors and an agent will be happy to assist you with your upgrade. We are unable to do this online or over the phone, it must be in person. If a member has Tier Matched previously they will not be permitted to Tier Match again. To view all competitors cards that are accepted please visit: https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards/promotions.

If we get the Diamond Status from Wyndham Business Credit Card, Would we be able to match to Caesars ?
Exciting! I have an upcoming vacasa stay. Do you think those nights will count towards the 10 days?
do I need to do the 10 qualifying nights before I match with caesar or can I just get the diamond then match instantly?
what can wyndham diamond get for me?
For you, a diamond spoon
Let the merry-go-round….begin
Can use this to match to Caesar’s diamond no?
Yes, should be able to. But better to do it ASAP before Caesar shuts it down after the influx of traffic that’ll come their way
Doesn’t work anymore. They added language saying status must be earned or something like that. Some people have gotten lucky and still have it work, but I’ve tried multiple times and it no longer works.
Caesar’s diamond page says only earned can match though:
Please Note: You must have earned Tier Status with your current loyalty program in order for your status to be matched. Members must re-apply if qualified for a status match starting on 2/1 of every year. Caesars Rewards will not grant status to WR members who came into the WR program from a tier match promotion with other programs or who previously had recent Caesars Rewards status that was about to expire, and vice versa. Qualified accounts will be upgraded within 2 weeks from the time of request. View complete Terms and Conditions here.
So if i get diamond Status through Wyndham Earner Business, would i be able to match it to Ceasars? I think MGM has stopped matching status with Ceasars or it would end it by 30th June, Something to consider
Will Wyndham consider and report the 10 nights as status “Earned” to Caesars?
Great question! They should, right? 10 nights shoukd be in the “earned” category, regardless of the number of nights required for status.
