Not totally free. Its $1+tax. In for 1.
I did not interpret it that way and there are no pending charges on my account. The text Bdon quoted below is what showed when I went in and I read it as “we’ll send you a free family fun kit” and you can also do these three optional things, not that there was a fee for the kit.

This. No one should be able to produce any novelty plastic anything that will be looked at or even picked up less than 3 times before garbage can.
