I expected it to say: “Sorry, you already have LOL credit cards saved. Why would we target you for this?” But instead, it just plainly told me that I am not eligible.
When i use the link above, it says I’m not targeted. But the promo banner shows up when I add another type of egift card. I was then able to activate the offer. Hope that helps someone.

I’m eligible but all the cards I try are not eligible for promotion.
Yesterday, I was shopping on Amazon using the $20 off $49 offer and a $5 promo credit offer appeared on checkout if I make Venmo my default payment method. I used all Amazon gift cards to pay for my order, but Venmo was default and it still gave me $5 off.
