If i got bonus on May 2018 for AMEX SPG, could I apply for this CC?
I don’t have the fine print in front of me any more since I registered for it yesterday, but I distinctly recall it was register by Nov 30, spend by Dec 31, and Authorized user spend contributes towards that threshold. Someone confirm?
Confirmed – I opened an incognito window and went to the promotion to verify.
There’s a banner at the top of the page when you select your bonvoy brilliant that says:
Limited Time Offer: Register your Card by 11/30 to earn 10,000 bonus points after you spend $5,000 or more in eligible purchases on your Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant™ American Express® Card. Terms apply. Register Your Card
Clicking on “Register your card”, opens a new page that says “this promotion is only open to invited Card Members.”
Perhaps this is showing to everyone but it was only supposed to show for certain people?
I see the banner under Amex Offers on my personal Bonvoy card ($95 AF) but when I try to register, I get an error that it is only available to select cardmembers. Maybe Amex will open it up to those with the regular Bonvoy card?
