Our Verdict
This offer doesn’t appear available for everybody and some people only see a 10% bonus. Asia Miles has had three transfer bonuses in the past:
- August 1, 2022 – ??: 20%
- October 19, 2021 – Unknown: 20%
- March 4th, 2019 – Unknown: Up to 30% transfer bonus

I only received 10% offer. How can I get it increased to 20%
Nearly impossible find a decent Asia award with the inflated airfares.
Forced soon to buy one-ways (our at-least-twice annual regular trip) from PHX to ICN. Looking at at least $1500 per ticket, up approximately 3x from 2019.
Don’t worry, as our government pushes us into a recession, poor people won’t be able to afford rent let alone travel – the free market will allow you to enjoy your mai tai on the beach for a week at their expense soon enough.

There is a reason why there are so few flights going into Asia. Nothing to do with recession
Sounds good. Zig when other zag.
I could. FYI nothing comes so easy. It can take a little work. But I got decent British Airways tix in business class at a lower cost than on BA. Only negative were some fuel charges BA asseses.
Pre-pandemic I’d have jumped on this, but now forget it. Little availability to get from US to Asia nowadays. But can find availability within Asia. That’s where I’ll use my balance.
CX award availability is nonexistent
