Our Verdict
Not sure how widely available this offer is. Some Reddit users are seeing this incognito, though I can’t get it to show incognito or even with VPN.
Standard bonus is zero; standard referral link bonus currently is 10,000/$3,000. We’ve never seen a signup offer above 20,000 points before, and this 25,000 offer has a low $3,000 spend requirement.
It’s not necessarily the best offer as you can technically get a referral from someone who will earn 20,000 or 25,000 points, in addition to the 10,000 points signup offer the new cardmember gets. That said, this is quite a good deal given that not everyone has those 20k-25k offers; plus, there might be tax implications for referral bonuses whereas signup bonuses are not taxable.Â

I’m seeing 25K/$3K on both my personal and biz accounts.
All I can get is “Earn up $300 in Statement Credits” (from Dell, DocuSign, or FedEx @ $100 each within first 90 days). I have no interest in that.
Yea, I just went to test it too in case anything positive happened during the transition to the $300 offer. I’m only getting that as well.
Getting a good signup bonus for this card is my white whale. I’ve been holding out for quite a while. Using a VPN and incognito mode I can get the 10k offer to show up, but it stays at 10k when I login. Sometimes I don’t even get that (just the 0% apr stuff). If I try the 20k link below, it tells me it has expired. Neither P2 nor I have this card, so I’ve been holding out for one of us to get at least the 20k offer. After that, then obviously we can refer the other player for a similar haul.
I wonder if more spend on current Amex cards might get it to appear? Anyone else have any ideas, thoughts, tricks?
Data point: Thought I’d give this a try again today. In the past, each time I tried the above link on Chrome incognito mode, I was offered 10,000 points. After reading a few of the comments posted below, I turned on my VPN (set to L.A.) clicked the link (again offering me 10k), and then proceeded to login to my account. Once I did this last step, the offer changed to 25k! I applied right away, and was instantly approved! I’ve been wanting to add this card to my wallet for a while, but could never seem to get the 25k. Hope this post helps others!
Instant number? Does AmEx Blue Business Plus approval provide an instant credit card number for use online before the physical card arrives in the mail?

Tried getting this offer to show up since DoC posted it- just got it today. Safari, private browsing after clearing my history. Clicked the link, didn’t see the offer, logged in, offer came up. Thank you, DoC! Been waiting on this card for YEARS hoping for a bonus like this.
