Thanks for heads up. Got mine way back on Aug11! I guess this shows how closely I pay attn to my credit cards. And this was before mint shut down!
7/7 – made home-ship purchase of $26.89 with non-C1 card (BoA CCR)
10/5 – $50 credit posted to my C1VX (only C1 card open currently)
feel like I’m scammed out of $50. Still not posted despite the pending status under the tracker.

Got my $50 statement credit recently. Spent over $50 and did ship to home.
P1 and P2 credits 8/28 and 8/29. One in store pick up order and one ship to home order. $52 and $58 orders.
Spent $54.49 on 7/12/23, received my $50 credit on 8/28/23.

Purchased just over $50 on 7/29/2023, received $50 credit on 8/29/2023. Used my Quicksilver card.
Just got the $50 credit today, without contacting C1. The click showed in Shopping Trips as pending until now.
One interesting note: Staples somehow did not charge me for the July 7 purchase until August 5.
On August 18, Staples sent an email: “We apologize that due to a technical issue with your order # ********* there was a delay in processing your payment. You may see a delay of up to 30 business days before being charged. Please do not dispute the charges and refer to your order # above.”
Anybody else have the same experience with Staples “forgetting” to charge them?
Exact same timeline for me! Weirdly handled promo, but we got our $50!
There was no indication on my account that I would get a $50 credit or reward.
I had to call to get the $50. Rep was great and will do a $50 credit to my account….
