• Are these SYW points convertible to cash or statement credit ?

  • SWYP can only be redeemed for various GCs on their portal, or used at Sears/Kmart. The card does give some good statement credit offers though.

• I have 20x travel up to 7,000 points($350 spend) each month Aug-Oct. Also have 10,000 points for spending $1,000 from July 15-Aug 15. Finally 15x on grocery/gas/restaurant up to 9,000 points($600 spend). Sitting on 300,000 Thank You points and have redeemed for gift cards on sale all year.

• I rarely receive offers of bonus TY points but I routinely get cash back offers on gas/groceries/restaurants of 10% or 15% most quarters. For the 3Q I received this:

  "15% back in statement credits
  (up to a maximum total of $90 in statement credits each month for this offer) on total eligible gas station, grocery store and restaurant purchases of $500 or more made each month using your Shop Your Way Mastercard from 7/1/2022 (or the date you activate this offer, whichever is later) through 9/30/2022"

  • Same one I got. Plus I got an ongoing spend $2000 on anything and get $150 in SYW points until July 16th I think.

• ever so slightly my offers are drying up on Sears. right now I have 10x on G/GR/Rest with 1k min, 15k pts max for July/Aug/Sep, and a 2k spend to get 12.5k TYP, expiring on July 15. The other category ones (online, home improvement etc.) have not been coming for me.

• I spend a lot on this card and have yet to receive a single one of these offers. Does anyone know why?

  • Probably because you are using the card too much / spending too much. From a business standpoint, there's no reason to give you offers if you're using it religiously. Just one man's opinion...

    • Doesn't match my experience. The more I spend the better my offers.

• I keep writing off this card thinking it will not last and not applying but the cash back makes a fool of me.

  • i'm up to 200k TYP on Sears card this year.

      • i have one that does issue TYP, but I think the new ones are only SYW

• I have a new 15X on $500-600 spend per month gas/grocery/restaurant for July/Aug/Sep offer. Overlapping with the end of a 5x$30 per month and a $300 online per month and a single 5% on total $1000 spend anywhere offers. As far as I can tell, they all stack.

  • Yep, I've been getting 35K points per month for over 6 months with only $1K spend.
