Our Verdict
Likely to be highly targeted.  Don’t forget to go through a portal, although use of the promo code will probably invalidate the cash back. You can also currently get 8% back in eBay bucks. There is also a $5 off deal that is targeted.

Targeted ebay deals are almost always highly YMMV unfortunately
I haven’t had a working targeted coupon in at least 5 years. I have checked and unchecked and rechecked all the spam boxes in my account that everyone always says to check… dozens of times. It seems my 23 year old ebay account is hard coded for ne offers. Grrr
old customers are not highly valued these days. I just received $10 cash reward for my citi double cash because I have had it for 4 years. It’s a really attractive bonus.
Does this mean no more sitewide coupon for the rest of the month?
I’d expect a sitewide deal by end of month, but it’ll depend how close they get to meeting sales targets.
