Our Verdict
Might as well try going through a portal as well for 30x back, I doubt that will work as your last click will need to be through PayPal I assume but worth a try anyway.
I got the offer again, but shoprunner option is not available on this site no more?
I got an email from Paypal today. It looks like this deal is available again.
I actually ordered my mom flowers on 1 800 Flowers and paid with paypal. when i checked my paypal account it showed the transaction and had a SPECIAL OFFER notation under it and it took $15 off! i have no idea how or why it but i guess its a real promotion..i actually found this website trying to find info on why paypal would take $15 off my order, but they did!
Am i the only one seeing this? This is probably the first time i am seeing the Paypal offers – 1800flowers, Ulta, Playstation etc but they ALL have a valid/expiration date that is in 2015!!!
1800 flowers shows the following date: September 13, 2015 to September 28, 2015!!!
I had some like that too with a 2016 date. I just deleted them.
Got this offer yesterday and another $5 store credit to spend at 1-800-Flowers from paypal today. These two offers are combinable and shipping is free with shoprunner. I make a purchase and the final cost for me is $0.99+tax. For the lowest price items on the website, there’re maryllis at $20.99, Succulents at $19.99 and gift basket at $19.99 also.
This does work with Shoprunner.
1) Save offer in Paypal
2) Log into Shoprunner account (just leave window open)
3) Click ‘Redeem’ on the 1800flowers.com offer in your PayPal account. This sends you to 1800flowers.com and you will see the Paypal offer banner, which will automatically apply if you spend >$15.
4) In your cart, click checkout with Paypal. If you see a banner saying that promos cannot be combined with Shoprunner, just ignore it and delete the PPHOLIDAY2019 promo code which isn’t required.
5) The PayPal payment window that pops up should show the $15.00 offer has been applied.
6) Complete your checkout (Use your Chase freedom for an extra 5% cashback)
My Paypal account has a pending authorization charge for the full amount of the order, but also has a note of the $15 savings promo, which will probably be applied once 1800flowers completes the order.
Also hoping to get the $10 Shoprunner Paypal cashback that I was targeted for in an email.
Confirmed. The original authorization was for $31.79, but I just a received Paypal confirmation email that I was charged $16.79
I was offered $5 additional credit to 1800 flowers after I added the $15 offer and didn’t buy anything. Maybe coincidence, idk, but I was able to get a candle on sale for $14.99 for free. The shipping was $5 and paypal credit paid for it.
Pass.
essentially free shipping. $14.99 was my shipping cost.

You can save this offer when you login to your PayPal account online and visit the ‘Shopping’ tab. If you’re eligible you’ll see a banner to save the offer.
As of the writing of this message, PayPal says only 1% of users have saved the 800 Flowers offer.
Hope this helps!
Use chase freedom and pay with paypal to get 5% back plus there’s a chase offer out for 1-800 flowers right now.
