That’s what I’m thinking too. Points worth way less and I think they have made it harder to earn points through those special challenges too.

Just started using the Starbucks app because I always only order a hot coffee and hate waiting for all the people to order their specialty coffee blended drinks. Rather order on the app and pick it up.
Anyway, no love for me as a new user.
Got it. My last order was from Jan 15th, 150 points redeemed for a Frappuccino.
No love for me this time. Used to have their credit card from CHASE and occasionally got similar offers there including a free monthly drink. Dropped the card once the annual fee was charged after the free year ended, but the last time I checked it was MIA.
Same here, I just closed the card about 3 months ago and used up the last of the thousands of Stars before the reward program changed. Gave away a LOT of coffee for the holidays last year, LOL
