Despite the terms stating you must have received an e-mail, people are reporting being able to add and use the deal even if no e-mail was received.

Make sure you are applying this on the final order screen and not in the “promotions” area of the app. It didn’t work in the normal promo area, but it did work for me in the final checkout screen. Chicago.
